摘  要:为更准确区分霍乱弧菌O1群不同菌株的流行病学意义,应用多位点酶早泳法对来自不同国家,地区,时间和人群的霍乱弧菌O1群菌471株进行分型和分子生物学数值分类分析。结果;通过11种酶基因位点的检测,471株O1群霍乱弧菌可以分为71个ET型,ET1-ET28为噬菌体-生物分型所区分的流行株,其中ET1-ET6为古典型菌,ET7包括大多埃尔托流行株和部分古典型菌株;Cholera, as an acute infectious disease, is one of the serious problems of public health in the developing countries. The strains of Vibrio cholerae serogroup O1,classified by the biotyping and serotyping method, have been recognized the pathogen of epidemic cholera. In order to recognize the epidemiological significance of different isolates of Vibrio cholerae serogroup O1, 471 strains of Vibrio cholerae O1 isolated from China and other countries were analyzed with multilocus enzyme electrophoretic (MEE) method depending on 11 enzyme loci. 71 ETs were obtained, and all of the epidemigenic strains of Vibrio cholerae O1 classified by phage biotyping method included in ET1~ET28. Vibrio cholerae classical belonged to the ET1~ET6, and ET7. The epidemigenic strains of Vibrio cholerae El Tor belonged to ET7~ET28. By the clonal analysis 12 CLs(clonal clusters) were obtained and all of the epidemigenic strains of Vibrio cholerae O1 including classical and El Tor strains belonged to CL K. The results showed that the genetic relationships among epidemigenic strains of Vibrio cholerae O1 were very close compared with non epidemigenic strains of Vibrio cholerae O1 the latter held more ETs.
