摘  要:本文介绍了将传感器直接安装在球磨机筒体上,利用无线传输的方法,完成球磨机状态信息的采集。给出了基于nRF24L01球磨机信号无线采集系统的总体框架,对硬件及软件设计作了详细的说明。系统以SPI为传输方式,以AT89S2051为处理器,实现了信号的模数转换及数据的无线传送。另外,设计的振动式电源既节省了能源,而且还解决了使用中需要经常更换电池的问题。本文设计的方案在实现球磨机状态信息的采集同时,还能有效的抑制干扰,为以后的DSP状态频谱的分析打下了良好的基础。In this paper, a method for signal collection of mill status is given, in which the sensors are installed on the surface of the mill's roller directly and the signals are transmitted by wireless communication. The frame of a wireless signal collection system for mill based on nRF24L01 is introduced, and the hardware and software are designed in this paper. With the transmission mode of SPI and the MCU of AT89S2051, the system achieves the analog-digital conversion and wireless signal transmission. Besides, a new power source is designed, which not only saves energy , but also solves the problem of changing batteries frequently in the practical application. This approach has another advantage of eliminating noise effectively and lays a ground for the spectrum analysis in subsequent digital signal process.
