摘　　要：该文阐述了口蹄疫病毒5’端非翻译区的结构和功能,综述了近年来口蹄疫病毒5’端非翻译区与宿主细胞间关系及其致病机制方面的研究进展,分析了口蹄疫病毒5’端非翻译区致病机理的分子基础,认为其5’端非翻译区的基因组结构对口蹄疫病毒的复制和扩增是必不可少的,为进一步研究口蹄疫病毒的复制机理、毒力及其决定因素、致弱机理、致病机理及宿主嗜性提供理论参考。This paper expatiated the structure and function of the Foot-and-Mouth Disease Virus（FMDV） 5＇Untranslated Region and summarized the recent advances in study of the pathogenesis and effects of the FMDV 5＇Untranslated Region on its host cells. The molecular basis of pathogenesis of FMDV 5＇ Untranslated Region have been analyzed in this paper and considered that the genome structure of the FMDV 5 ＇ Untranslated Region are essential for replication and production of disease, which would provide a valuable theoretical reference for further studying on replication, virulence and its determinants, cell and host tropism and pathogenesis of FMDV.
