摘  要:超敏蛋白是植物病原细菌产生的蛋白,可诱导植物的过敏性反应。为了解超敏蛋白处理诱导温室黄瓜抗病性的效应,在黄瓜移栽后开始每间隔20天叶面喷施1次3%的超敏蛋白微粒剂10~30g+水30kg/667m2,共施用3次。结果表明,超敏蛋白对黄瓜霜霉病和灰霉病的诱抗效果分别高达58.90%和44.22%,不同超敏蛋白浓度间诱抗效果无显著差异。以3%的超敏蛋白微粒剂20g+水30kg/667m2结合施放相应杀菌烟雾剂,防治效果更好,达80.26%。Harpins are proteins produced by plant pathogenic bacteria .It has been known that harpins induce hypersensitive response in plants.To understand the effects of induced-resistance of harpin on the cucumber grewning within greenhouse, the 3% harping, 10-30 g + water 30 kg / 667m^2were applied 3 times 20 days interval after the cucumber transplanting. The results show that the effects of induced resistance on cucumber downy mildew and botrytis cinerea were up to 58.90% and 44.22% respectively. The induced resistance effects of different concentrations of harpinEa were no significant difference. 3% harpinEa 20 g + water 30 kg/667m^2 combined with the corresponding aerosol released had the best effect among all the treatment in this observation, and the effect of 3% harpinEa 20 g+water 30 kg/667m^2 resistance on cucumber downy mildew and botrytis cinerea within greenhouse was as high as 80.26%.
