摘  要:目的:本文对尿碘快速定量检测方法进行方法验证,并且通过与国标法的测定结果比对,验证快速定量检测试剂盒方法的灵敏度、准确度与精确度。方法:尿碘快速定量检测方法及国标法。结果:快速法最小检出下限为7.5μg/L,分别对碘含量为64.7、138、231μg/L的尿碘标准物质进行6批测定,与标准值的偏差为0.85%,0.83%,0.65%;变异系数分别为3.6%,1.9%,1.4%。540份现场样品全部用试剂盒法进行检测,并抽取100份与国标法进行对比测定,测定结果的差异无显著意义。结论:快速法为一种简易、快速、准确的尿碘测定方法。Objective:To validate the rapid test kit method and compare the result with the GB standard. It determined the rapid test method's resolution and accuracy. Methods: Rapid test kit method for measuring iodine in urine and GB standard. Results: The low detection limit of rapid test method is 7.5 μg/L. 3 different Iodine standard samples (64. 7,138,231 μg/L) were repeated for 6 times. All 540 samples were tested by rapid test kit method and 100 of them were compared with GB standards. The standard deviation is 0. 85% ,0. 83% ,0. 65% and RSD is 3.6%, 1. 9%, 1.4%. The experiment showed there is no significant difference between rapid test method and GB standards. Conclusion: Rapid test kid method is simple, fast and accurate for measuring iodine in urine.
