摘  要:目的:建立脱水蒜制品中二氧化硫的离子色谱测定方法。方法:用甲醛缓冲液提取脱水蒜中的二氧化硫,以KOH水溶液为流动相进行离子色谱法测定,依据保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果:方法线性范围为0.50-15.0 mg/L,回收率为94.5%-106.5%,相对标准偏差<5%,检出限为0.55 mg/kg。结论:该方法具有准确、灵敏、快速、简便等特点,可应用于实际样品的测定。Objective: To establish a method for determination of sulfur dioxide in dehydrated garlic by ion chromatography. Methods: Sulfur dioxide in dehydrated garlic were extracted by formaldehyde buffer solution. The qualitative analysis was made by comparing the reservation time, quantitative analysis was made by external standard method. Results:The linear range of the method was 0. 50 -15.0 mg/L,The rates of recovery were 94. 5% - 106. 5% and the detection limit was 0. 55 mg/L, relative standard deviation 〈 5%. Conclusion :The method is fast, sensitive, accurate and highly selective. Thus it can be used for determination of sulfur dioxide in dehydrated garlic.
