摘 要:目的:考核HKM沙门菌显色培养基的实际应用效果。方法:两两配对按照国标(GB/T4789.4-2008)进行检验。结果:沙门菌在HKM沙门菌显色培养基上较CHROM agar沙门菌显色培养基菌落大,色泽浓,数量相似;通过对162份生肉食品检测,HKM检出率39.51%,CHROM agar检出率33.95%,两者无显著性差异;鸡肛拭子样品48份,两者检出率相同,无差异;配对试验结果显示,相对于比较方培养基,HKM沙门菌显色培养基的假阴性率低于CHROM agar沙门菌显色培养基(2.38%和6.67%),但两者无显著性差异。结论:HKM沙门菌显色培养基可以应用于食品、环境和人畜粪便的沙门菌的监测、调查和出证检验。Objective:To observe the effect of two Salmonella chromogenic media in practical application. Methods:Matching method was carried out in according to the National Standards ( GB/T4789.4 - 2008 ). Results: The colony size of Salmonella strain in HKM chromogenic medium was bigger than that in CHROMagar medium, and the color in HKM was dense, however, the colony quantity in both cultures was similar. According to the detection results of 162 raw meat samples, the Salmonella detection rate of HKM was 39.51%, the CHROMagar was 33.95%, there was no significant difference between two media. Furthermore, 48 chicken anal swabs were also employed to assess two selective cultures and showed the same detection rate. The matching experiment expressed that the false negative rate of HKM medium was lower than that of CHROMagar (2. 38% and 6. 67% ), but no significant difference was existed between two cultures. Conclusion:HKM Salmonella chromogenic medium can be used in Salmonella detection, investigation and inspection in food, environment, human and animal faeces.
