摘 要:目的:了解献血者中输血传播病毒(TTV)的感染状况。方法:应用套式PCR(nested-PCR)和ELISA方法同步检测了388份献血者、168份非肝炎住院患者(对照组)的血清TTV DNA和抗TTV IgG。结果:TTV基因检出率分别为献血者15.46%(ALT正常组13.37%,ALT异常组41.38%,P<0.05),对照组24.40%(ALT正常组23.78%,ALT异常组50.00%,P<0.05);556份受检血清中TTV DNA检出率为18.17%,ALT正常组16.60%,ALT异常组42.31%,P<0.05两者存在显著性差异。抗TTV IgG检出率分别为献血者13.14%(ALT正常组11.70%,ALT异常组31.03%,两者存在显著性差异,P<0.05),对照组为27.98%(ALT正常组26.83%,ALT异常组75%,P<0.05),献血者组与对照组相比TTV DNA及抗TTV IgG均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:献血者组和对照组中存在TTV感染,TTV感染与ALT异常有关,提示TTV可能有一定的致病性。TTV感染和输血安全性有待进一步研究。抗TTV IgG可用于检测TTV感染。Objective:To investigate the prevalence of TT virus (TTV) in blood donors. Methods:TTV DNA and anti -TTV IgG were simultaneously detected by nested - PCR and ELISA. Results: The positive rate of TFV DNA in the samples from blood donors was 15.46% (60/388). Blood donors with normal transaminase levels of 13.37% (48/359) and those with elevated transaminase levels of 41.38% (12/29) were positive for TTV DNA in samples from the non - hapatitis patients ( control group) was 24.40% (41/168), those with normal transaminase levels of 23. 78% (39/164)and those with elevated transaminase levels of 50. 00% were positive rate for TFV DNA, there was significant difference between them ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The positive rate of rTTV DNA in all of samples was 18. 17% (101/556). The samples with normal transaminase levels of 16. 60% (88/530) and the sampies with elevated transaminase levels of 42. 31% (11/26) were positive for TTV DNA, there was significant difference between them ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The positive rate of anti - TTV IgG in the samples from blood donors was 13.14% ( 51/388 ), Blood donors with normal transaminase levels of 11.70% (42/359) and those with elevated transaminase levels of 31.03 % (9/29) was positive for anti - TTV IgG, there was significant difference between them ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The positive rate for anti - TTV IgG in the samples of control group was 27. 98% (47/168), they with normal transaminase levels of 26. 83% (44/164) and those with elevated transaminase levels of 75. 00% ( 3/4 ) were positive for anti - TTV IgG, there was significant difference between them ( P 〈 0. 05 ). there was no significant difference between positive rate for TFV DNA and anti - TTV IgG. Conclusion:The investigation suggested that there exsits TTV infect in blood donors and control group. TFV infection may be related to abnormal ALT and as pathogen.
