摘　　要：讨论了丝毛涤薄花呢开发与生产过程中的关键因素与技术措施。在产品设计过程中,针对澳毛、涤纶、绢丝3种纤维的性能特性,进行了合理的纱线结构、织物规格及配色设计,使产品风格达到预定设计要求。在生产过程中,通过络筒前抽真空蒸纱定捻、整经时采用WCS冷浆料上浆工艺、织造时采用"小张力、中速度、大开口、迟开口、低后梁"的工艺以及后整理时加强湿整煮呢和湿干整及柔软整理等措施,保证了产品顺利投产。Silk/wool/polyster interwoven tropical suiting made from the organic combination of australian wool, polyester and spun silk, together with product structure and ingenious configuration of color, which is a breakthrough over traditional wool-like tropical suiting＇s style. It has light and thin texture, lively handle and unique style. Fabric＇ s wearability, such as elasticity, abrasion resistance, luster, crease resistance, shrink resistance and fastness to washing, etc., is all better than similar products. This paper discusses the key factors and solving measures of the selection of raw materials, fabric specification, weaving and finishing.
