摘　　要：主要利用丝光羊毛所具有的不易毡化、不易起球、手感柔软和光泽柔和的特点辅以莱卡纱,以生产舒适、立体感强、装饰效果好的精纺丝光毛莱卡段色抗菌羊绒围巾。选用丝光羊毛和莱卡,介绍了生产该种羊绒围巾的原料选择、织物规格及生产技术关键。指出后整理的重点工序为染色、洗呢及抗菌功能整理。该产品还使用了吊染工艺,使产品具有颜色渐变的特点,进一步满足消费者的不同需求。Mercerized wool possesses characteristics of anti-felting, anti-pilling, soft handle and mildly lustr. In this paper, mercerized worsted wool and lycra yam were used to produce cashmere scarf with comfortability, strong third dimension and good decorative effect. Choice of raw materials, fabric specification and the key produce technique were introduced. The raw materials select mercerized wool. The keystones of after-treatment are dyeing, washing and antibacterial functional finishing. Moreover, this product took on color gradual change because of using of dip dye process to satisfy the different need of consumers.
