摘  要:竹炭涤纶纤维具有吸水快干、发射负离子、抗菌、除异味等功能性。文章比较了竹炭涤纶纤维与普通涤纶纤维的熔点,测试了染色竹炭涤纶/羊毛混纺面料经干热熨烫后2种纤维颜色的变化。测试结果表明:竹炭涤纶纤维的熔点比普通涤纶纤维的熔点低约7℃,染色竹炭涤纶纤维经200℃干热熨烫30 s后,颜色即变浅,变透明。因此,竹炭涤纶/羊毛混纺织物在烧毛、热定形等后整理过程中,要严格控制温度。PET Staple modified with bamboo charcoal micro-particle (modified PET) has the strong adsorption, anti-microbial, absorbing stink and so on functions. In this paper, the melting temperature of the modified PET fiber was measured and compared with the ordinary PET fiber. The blended fabric of the dyed modified PET fibers and wool fibers was ironed and its color changes were measured. It showed that the modified PET fiber melt at the lower temperature (about 7℃ ) than the ordinary PET fiber. The dyed modified PET fiber changes weaker and lighter after the ironing treatment at 200℃ for 30 seconds. Therefore, the temperatures during singeing and heat setting processes need to be carefully controlled for the blended fabric of the dyed modified PET fibers and wool fibers.
