摘 要:找出毛纺半精纺粗纱工序中应用A454型粗纱机时存在的问题:工艺调整复杂,传动链长易产生细节,工艺更改频繁对粗纱张力调整不易掌握等,在纺纱过程中易导致出现质量问题。分析了在毛半精纺工艺中棉纺悬锭粗纱机的作用,及解决上述问题后的效果。通过用户使用和试验对比,以及经济效益对比,得出棉纺悬锭粗纱机可以很好地解决毛半精纺粗纱工序问题的结论,提出了用电脑控制棉纺悬锭粗纱机可以提高半精纺粗纱工序质量的新观点。Founding out the question about the roving process of wool semi-combing spinning with Model A454 Roving Frame. The questions are complexity of process adjusting, long driving chain easy to bring on snicks, process changing frequently result in adjusting the tension on the frame is difficult to master, all of the questions will bring on the quality problem during the spinning. Analyzing the function of the roving frame at the wool semi-combing spinning and the effect of these questions being solved. Drawing a conclusion that the roving frame with suspending flyer can commendably solve the question of the roving process of wool semi- combing spinning through using, the test and the contrast of the economic benefit. Brought up the view that the computer controlled cotton spinning roving frame can improve the quality at the roving process of wool semicombing spinning.
