摘 要:介绍了设计优化技术的数学模型、相关概念和已有模板优化研究;以筋板宽度、模板厚度为设计变量,以模板许用应力和变形量为状态约束,以模板体积的最小值为目标函数,采用一阶优化方法,进行实例优化分析,并最终确定模板的最佳几何参数值,实现模板体积最小化。结果表明,所采用的有限元优化方法具有良好的可靠性,可有效地解决工程设计中的实际问题。A mathematical model and related concepts of mould design optimization techniques were introduced. An example of first order optimization analysis was given, in which the width of tendons and the thickness of mould board were taken as design variables, the allowable stress and deformation amount of mould board were taken as state variables, and the minimum volume value of mould board was taken as objective function, the optimum geometric parameters were determined. The optimization based on the finite element method was proven reliable and was useful in practical engineering design.
