摘 要:实验对176只长毛兔群体的Kappa-casein基因的基因型和基因频率进行了检测,结果表明:等位基因A和B的频率分别为0.79与0.21,基因型BB在长毛兔群体中的频率为0.09,远低于基因型AA的频率0.66。同时对Kappa-casein基因与长毛兔的生产性能进行分析,表明Kappa-casein基因AA基因型和BB基因型的长毛兔在315日龄体重、21日龄窝重上差异显著(P<0.05),AB基因型和BB基因型的长毛兔产仔数差异显著(P<0.05)。The polymorphism of Kappa-casein gene and its effects on performance were analyzed in the 176 Angora rabbit population. The results showed that two alleles (A, B) of Kappa-casein gene were detected and their frequencies were 0.79 and 0.21, three genotypes (AA, AB and BB) were detected and their frequencies were 0.66, 0.25, 0.09, respectively. Analysis on the relation between the different genotypes of Kappa-casein gene and performance of Angora rabbits. Two genotypes(AA, BB) had a had a significant effect on the number significant effect on the 315-day body weight(P 〈 0.05), two genotypes (AB, BB) born of Angora rabbit (P 〈 0.05) and two genotypes (AA, BB) had a significant effect on the 21-day litter weight(P 〈 0.05).
