摘　　要：本文对基于服务构件的标准信息服务的概念和模式进行了分析,以期通过建立基于服务构件集成这一新型技术手段,可以有效扩展国家标准馆标准信息服务渠道,解决地方、行业等标准信息服务机构资源不足的问题,有效降低重复建设,提高整体标准信息服务能力。This paper analyzes the models and the concept of the SCA-based service of standards information. Through the establishment of this new technology, we can effectively extend the service channels of the National Standard Library, change the status that the lack of standard resources which is supplied by the local and industrial standard information service organizations, reduce the redundant construction, and enhance the overall capacity of the standard information services.
