摘  要:在自行研制的多功能冷坩埚电磁约束定向凝固装置上进行钛合金近矩形锭的冷坩埚连续成形实验,分析线圈匝数变化对所成形钛合金锭质量的影响程度。结果表明,增大感应线圈匝数,感应线圈有效作用范围内功率利用率高,熔体过热度高,金属流动性好,有利于成形可提高铸锭表面质量,铸造出表面光滑、无裂纹缺陷的钛合金扁形锭。The continuous forming experiments of titanium alloy rectangular slabs were performed in the multi-functional cold crucible electromagnetic restraint directional solidification equipment. The influences of turn number of coil on surface quality of the titanium alloy slabs were analyzed. It is shown that with the increase of turn number of coil, utilization ratio of inner power of induction coil within valid range as well as overheating degree of the melting body is enhanced,and flow property of the metal is better, which is favorable to improve surface quality of the titanium alloy slabs and obtain flat-shape titanium alloy slabs with smooth and crackless surface.
