摘　　要：在承载着社会和家长高期望值的大学生群体中,相当一部分学生中不同程度地存在着的情绪上、人格上及认知上的人际交往障碍,对全面提高大学生素质和社会适应能力极为不利。全文对大学生人际交往障碍的成因进行剖析.并提出相应的解决策略。Among the university students who are expected highly by their parents and the society, quite a part of students have human communication barriers in the mood, personality and cognition in varying degrees, this has detrimental effects on the improvement of the university students＇ quality and social adaptation. This paper analyzes the causes of the university students＇ human communication barrier, and proposes the corresponding solution strategy.
