摘 要:本文通过对5块规格不同的压型钢板组合楼板的耐火试验,研究组合楼板在15~20小时的耐火时限中的背温和变形发展规律。试验结果表明,由于压型钢板与混凝土的共同工作,压型钢板本身不会独自升温,且混凝土具有较好的吸热和散热功能,所以能保证压型钢板组合楼板的防火安全性。Five metal deck composite floor slabs with different types of steel decks have been tested for 1 5~2 0 hours fire rating so as to study the developmental phenomena of the heating up of back temperature (temperature on upper surface of the slab)and deflection of composite metal deck The test results have shown that the temperature of the metal deck will not be raised independantly due to its composite action with concrete as well as the heat absorption and heat dissi pation capacity of concrete. So the tests verify that the metal deck composite floor slab has the capability of withstanding fire for 1 5~2 0 hours without failure
