摘  要:目的探讨护理专业学生技能训练的途径。方法在第二学年的每个周末,聘请省会三甲医院的护理骨干对护生进行临床常见护理技能强化训练,对强化训练产生效果进行问卷调查。结果学生认为通过周末技能强化训练对实习有帮助者达98.4%,学生的职业素养、人际沟通能力、动手能力及综合能力明显提高,进入临床实习的适应期明显缩短;医院临床带教老师对学生的职业素养、专业技能及综合素质评价较好。结论利用周末聘请三甲医院护理骨干对护生进行护理技能训练是行有效的方法。Objective To study ways of skill training in nursing students.Methods Nursing backbone of grade three A hospital were retain to train nursing students with clinical normal nursing skills on weekends of second school year.Questionnaire survey of training effects was performed.Results The professional attainment,practical ability and comprehensive ability of nursing students improved obviously.The adaption period of clinical praetice significantly shortened.Conclusion Skill training of nursing students by nursing backbone of grade three A hospital on weekend is an effectual method.
