山东省城市土地集约利用水平时空变化研究

摘　　要：在阐释城市土地集约利用概念的基础上,构建了城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用改进的熵值法确定指标权重,对山东省17个地级市2000-2005年间的城市土地集约利用情况进行了时空分析,结果显示:山东省现阶段的土地集约利用水平主要依赖于对土地的高投入和高产出,土地利用水平对土地集约度的贡献较小;从时间上看,进入21世纪以来,山东省整体上通过简单的增加投入来获取高产出的粗放的城市土地利用方式有所改善,土地集约利用向着更科学合理的方向发展;从空间上讲,山东省17地级市城市土地集约利用水平差距较大,且不同城市中影响土地集约利用的因素贡献率有所不同。最后提出提高土地集约利用度的政策建议。Based on the explanation of urban land intensive utilization＇ conception, index system of urban land intensive utilization degree is constructed. The method of improved entropy is used to determine indices and synthetic scores are calculated in 17cities in Shandong from 2000 to 2005. Analysis on the tempo change of urban land intensive utilization degree shows that： The degree ＇ weights - spatial of urban land intensive utilization mainly depends on high input and high output , while the factor of land extent＇s contribution is little. Totally, the pat- tern, that＇s to input more in order to increase output, has been changed and urban land intensive utilization is going on a more rational way since 2000. What＇s more, urban land intensive utilization degree in different cities varies much and the contribution of factors＇ changes accordingly. Finally, some suggestions are put forward in order to increase urban land intensive utilization degree.
