摘  要:本试验以泡桐、光叶楮、金叶连翘、一串红、绣球、地被菊、彩叶草、文心兰8种植物的组培苗为试材,通过秋水仙素预处理诱导变异,镜检分析、气孔检测结合瓶苗调查确定变异苗倍性。结果表明:变异植株多为多倍体,泡桐和绣球为最易变异材料。试验共选择待检变异多倍体泡桐40株、一串红5株、绣球40株、彩叶草26株。并采用正交试验设计探讨了影响泡桐和彩叶草变异因素的主次关系和最佳变异条件。This study was iondluted ineluce polyploid of eight plants ( Paulownia fortunei ( Seem. ) Hemsl, Ficus religiosa Linn, Forsythia suspensa ( thunb. ) Vahl, Salvia splendens Ker - Gawler, Viburnum plicatum Thunb, Rudbeckia hirta Linn, Coleus blumei Benth, Oncidium luridum Linn) by tissue culture. Induced polyploid by pretreatment wene determined the polyploidy of variational materials through plant investigation and detection. The result showed that the variational materials were mostly determined as, andwere the best material to variate mong the eight species. Decided on 40 Paulownia fortunei plantlets,5 Salvia splendens planflets,40 Viburnum plicatum plantlets and 26 Coleus blumei plantlets were asested polyploiel plentlets. The data were analyzed with the orthogonal design to establish the influence orders of variational factors and the best variation condition of and Coleus blumei.
