摘  要:选取160只约为22 g健康昆明种小白鼠,随机分为4组,雌雄各半,每组设4个重复。1组饲喂基础日粮,2-4组在基础日粮中以纳米氧化铜形式添加铜107.05、321.16和963.49 mg/kg。研究不同剂量纳米氧化铜对小白鼠全血和组织铜、锌含量的影响。结果表明,试验至15 d,与1、2和3组相比,试验4组小白鼠肝脏和胫骨铜含量极显著升高(P〈0.01),肾脏铜的含量显著增加(P〈0.05),小白鼠肾脏中锌含量极显著降低(P〈0.01)。试验至30 d,与1、2和3组相比,试验4组小白鼠全血和脑铜含量显著提高(P〈0.05),肝脏、胫骨和肾脏铜的含量极显著增加(P〈0.01)。小白鼠胫骨和肾脏锌的含量显著降低(P〈0.05)。由此可见,不同剂量纳米氧化铜对小鼠全血及组织中铜和锌含量有不同的影响。160 of 22 g Kunming mice were divided into 4 groups randonmly with 4 replications per group. The first group was fed with basal diet; 107.05 mg/kg, 321.16 mg/kg and 963.49 mg/kg were added in 4 the groups of 2,3 and 4 respectively in the form of nano--- CuO. To research the influence of different high does nano--CuO residue level in blood and tissues of mice. The results showed that to the first, second and third groups, the contents of copper in liver, tibia and kindey were increased significantly (P 〈 0.01 )and (P 〈 0.05 ) respectively, the contents of zinc in kindey was reduced significantly on the 15th day( P 〈 0.01 );the contents of copper in blood and brain of the forth group were increased significantly (P 〈 0.05 ), and the contents of copper in liver, tibia and kindey were increased significantly extremely( P 〈 0.01 ), the contents of zinc in tibia and kindey were reduced significantly on the 30th day( P 〈 0. 05 ). So the high does nano-CuO has different influence on the contents of copper and zinc in blood and tissues of mice.
