摘 要:目的:比较不同粒径的碳酸钙在体外模拟胃肠道环境中的除铅效果。方法:原子吸收光谱仪测定Pb2+浓度。结果:碳酸钙在模拟胃液中Pb2+没有影响,在pH 6.0模拟肠液中具有除铅效果,除铅效果随碳酸钙粒径减小而增强。结论:碳酸钙粒径对除铅效果有影响,将纳米碳酸钙制备成肠溶生物粘附制剂,可以通过阻断铅的肠肝循环,成为新型驱铅药物。Purpose: to compare the effect of four different particles of CaCO3 on the removing lead in vitro simulated gastrointestinal tract environment. Method: Pb^2+ concentration in vitro simulated gastrointestinal tract environment were examined by atomic absorption spectrum. Results: All CaCO3 had no effect on removing Pb^2 + effect in simulated stomach conditions and have effect in pH 6.0 simulated upper of small intestine conditions, the efficacy of the removing Pb^2 + was depending on the particles of CaCO3 , the particle size was smaller, the efficacy was better. Conclusion: Our ndings indicate that nano--CaCO3 may be a useful drug in treatment of lead intoxicated with the mechanism by interference with the enterohepatic circulation of lead if it was developed a dosage form with pH--sensitive material and bioadhesive material.
