摘　　要：用原子吸收光谱法测定苦瓜中Mg、Fe、Zn、Pb、Mn、Cu等元素的含量。结果表明,苦瓜含有很多与人体密切相关的微量元素,具有较高的药用和食用价值。The contenents of some elements such as Mg、Fe、Zn、Pb、Mn、Cu in Arctum Iappa L.had been determined by atomic absorption spectra.The experimetal result indicated that there were numerous trace elements related to human body in Arctum Iappa L.,containing the three functions of high medical and beauty and food value.
