基于实训的高校本科通信专业人才培养模式的研究

摘　　要：本文在讨论和分析了通信专业本科毕业生的就业状况和通信行业人才需求特点的基础上,提出了一种基于实训的高校本科通信专业人才培养模式,并对该模式的部分细节进行了论述。On the basis of the employment situation of the college communication major graduates and the needs of the telecommunication talents requirements the paper puts forward a talents education mode for the college graduates of telecommunication major based on practical training and elaborates the details of the mode.
