摘　　要：概述了居住建筑供暖、空调、卫生热水集中供应系统（三联供）的特点、类型及应用；对常规供暖空调设计方案与４种三联供系统设计方案进行了经济和社会效益的分析和比较，认为三联供可以节能、节电、改善环境，提高设备利用率，降低工程造价与运行费用，效益明显；提出了推广三联供系统亟待解决的一些问题。Describes the features and applicability of various modes of the 3 in 1 system. Analyses and compares the conventional HVAC system with 4 modes of this in economic and social benefits. Considers that the 3 in 1 system can save energy including electric power, improve living standard, increase availability of equipment, and reduce initial and operation costs of projects. And points out some problems to be solved in popularizing the system.
