摘 要:目的探讨MRI在脊椎骨折中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析52例脊椎外伤骨折病例,所有患者均摄X线正侧位片,CT轴位扫描并矢状位重建,矢状位T1WI、MRIT2WI及压脂像、T2WI轴位扫描,将每个患者的X线、、图像显示结果进行分析对比。CTMRI结果椎体压缩性骨折51个,椎体爆裂性骨折16个,椎体挫伤73个,椎弓骨折27处,脊髓损伤19例。其中X线平片漏诊椎弓骨折5处,未能显示椎体挫伤、脊髓损伤;CT亦未能显示椎体挫伤、脊髓挫裂伤;MRI漏诊椎弓骨折3处,椎体挫伤、脊髓挫裂伤均能清晰显示。结论MRI在脊椎骨折中较X线平片、CT有明显优势,尤其对椎体挫伤、脊髓损伤及软组织损伤有独特的优势,对椎弓骨折的显示有待CT补充。Objective To evaluate the clinical usefulness of MRI in diagnosing vertebral fracture. Methods 52 cases of vertebral fracture were retrospectively analysised.AU cases examed with X-Ray.CT (axle and sagittal section)and MRI (T1WI、T2WI and T2WIFLAIR of sagittal section; T2WI of axle) and all the pictuers were analysised. Results 51 cases of vertebrae compressed fracture. 16 cases of vertebrae burst fracture.73 cases of vertebrae contusion.27 cases of fracture of vertebral arch and 19 cases of spinal cord lesions were found. 5 cases of fracture of vertebral arch .all the vertebrae contusion and all the spinal cord lesions can't be found by X-Ray~ All the vertebrae contusion and all the spinal cord lesions can't be found by CTt 3 cases of fracture of vertebral arch can~ be found by MRI and all the vertebrae contusion and all the spinal cord lesions were showed clearly. Conclusion MRI is more userful in diagnosing vertebral fracture (especially in vertebrae contusion and spinal cord lesions) than X-Ray and CT, but CT is need for fracture of vertebral arch.
