摘  要:某展览厅屋盖为斜放四角锥焊接空心球节点网架,平面尺寸36m×40m,高3m。网架采用地面组焊小拼单元、高空滑移就位、总拼的施工方案,安装时搭设满堂脚手架。为确保焊接质量,采取了相应的技术措施,技术经济效果良好。The steel roof of an exhibition hall has been designed of an obliquely placed 4-angle pyramid steel roof with a plan dimension of 36 m × 40 m and a height of 3 m.The steel roof has been divided,fabricated and welded into small units;then it has been integrally assembled,welded and slid into place with a high altitude integrated erection.The full framing scaffolding method has been adopted in its roof installation. In order to guarantee roof' s quality welding,some respective technology measures have been applied and proved of good economic efficiency.
