摘  要:【目的】通过检测不同程度缺氧缺血性脑损伤新生猪血浆及脑匀浆内皮素(ET)水平及脑组织病理改变,分析其相互之间关系,探讨HIE发病机制。【方法】29只新生猪分为缺氧缺血30min、60min、90min组及对照组,用放免法测定血浆及脑匀浆ET值。【结果】不同程度缺氧缺血性脑损伤新生猪其血浆及脑匀浆ET水平均较对照组明显升高。随着缺氧缺血时间的延长,脑组织病理损伤逐渐加重。血浆与脑匀浆ET值均较实验前明显升高,两者间呈正相关趋势。【结论】HIE时脑损伤随着缺氧缺血时间的延长而加重,脑和血中ET水平明显升高,检测血中ET水平可间接反映脑损伤程度。[Objective] Measuring the level of ET in plasma and cerebral neat jelly of the newborn piglets with different degree HIE. Analyzing statistically the different pathological change as to find a rule to clear up the mechanism of HIE. [Methods] 29 newborn piglets were distributed into normal control group, the 30, 60, 90 minute hypoxia groups. ET level in plasma and cerebral neat jelly were measured by radioimmunoassay. [Result] The ET of plasma and cerebral neat jelly in different HIE groups were significantly higher than the control group and before hypoxia. With the hypoxic time prolonging, the severity of brain injury of the newborn piglets developed, the ET levels of plasma and cerebral neat jelly were higher significantly. There is a positive relationship between plasma ET and cerebral neat jelly ET. [Conclusion] In the HIE models of newborn piglets, the brain injury developed with the hypoxic time prolonging. The level of ET in plasma and cerebral neat jelly increased significantly, and the plasma level of ET increased coordinating. It is therefore, to measure the level of ET in plasma can reflect the degree of the brain injury indirectly.
