摘 要:对7A05铝合金采用双丝MIG焊接工艺得到的焊接接头进行超声冲击处理,并从焊趾处应变与应力、抗拉强度、疲劳寿命和疲劳断口扫描等方面对经过超声冲击处理和未经超声冲击处理的试样进行对比研究。研究结果显示,经过超声冲击处理的试样,焊趾处拉应力减小,抗拉强度增大,平均疲劳寿命变长。疲劳断口扫描显示冲击后材料在断裂前发生明显的塑性变形。The 7A05 aluminum alloy joint welded by double-wire MIG welding was treated by ultrasonic impact. Furthermore, tests such as the strain and stress at the welded toe, tensile strength and fatigue life, and fracture morphology observation were made on the joint before and after ultrasonic impact treatment respectively. The results show that the tensile stress of UIT- treated samples was reduced, while the tensile strength and average fatigue life were increased at the welded toe. The fracture morphology show that obvious plastic deformation occurred in UIT-treated alloys before fracturing.
