摘　　要：【目的】观察布托啡诺预处理对体外循环冠脉搭桥(CABG)患者的心肌保护作用。【方法】选择24例行CABG的冠心病患者,随机分为布托啡诺预处理组(B组)和对照组(C组)。测定术前、术毕及术后1 h、6 h、24 h、48 h血清cTnI水平。【结果】各组内术后cTnI水平均明显增高(P<0.05)。R组术后cTnI水平显著低于C组(P<0.05)。【结论】布托啡诺预处理可降低CABG患者的cTnI水平,具心肌保护作用。[Objective] To investigate the protective effect of butorphanol precondition against myocardial injury induced by CABG. [Methods] Twenty-four patients undergoing CABG were randomly divided into two groups （n = 12）： control group and butorphanol preconditioning group. Blood samples were obtained prior of the operation and at the 0,2,6,24,48 h after the end of the operation. The serum cTnl were determined. [ Results] In every group, the cTnI levels were significantly increased at the postoperative （0,2,6,24,48 h） compared with those before the operation （P 〈 0.05）. The cTnI levels of B-group were markedly decreased compare with those of C-group after the operation（P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] butorphanol precondition decreases the cTnI levels induced by CABG.
