积雪草甙治疗小儿增生性瘢痕的疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】研究积雪草甙治疗小儿增生性瘢痕的临床疗效。【方法】42例小儿增生性瘢痕患者口服积雪草甙片剂3.6 mg/kg/d,分3次服,同时外用霜剂,每天3次;对照组仅使用皮炎平软膏。观察各组病人的症状和体征变化,并观察其它的毒性及副作用。【结果】治疗组42例患者中,显效46例(54.5%),有效28例(33.3%),无效10(12.2%)。而对照组患者中显效7例(15.2%),有效12例(26.1%),无效27例(58.7%)。两组比较统计学处理有明显差异。两组副作用发生率均比较低,未发现明显毒性与副作用。【结论】积雪草甙有较好的治疗瘢痕增生的作用,是比较有效、安全、易为患者接受的药物。[Objective] To study the effect of treating hypertrophic scars by using asiaticoside. [Methods] 42 cases with hypertrophic scars were take 3.6 mg/kg/day and use the cream 3 times/day. The change of patients＇s symptoms and sing were observed, the toxicity and the side effect were observed. [ Results] Asiaticoside significantly inhibited the hypertrophy of scars and softened the scars. In additions, asiaticoside had not have other toxicities and side effects, influence not growth of these children body. [ Conclusion] Asiaticoside is a drug of scar treatment that is effective, safe, useful and receptive by patients.
