蒙药白益母草的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究产于中国内蒙古地区白益母草(Panzeria alaschanicaKupr.)的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱、聚酰胺柱、大孔树脂柱色谱方法进行分离、纯化,NMR和MS等方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从白益母草乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为:β-谷甾醇(1),豆甾醇(2),5-羟基-7,4′-二甲氧基黄酮(3),山奈酚-3-O--βD-葡萄糖苷(4),胡萝卜苷(5),芦丁(6),槲皮素(7)。结论:除化合物6外,其余化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective：To investigate the chemical constituents in the Panzeria alaschanica Kupr. Methods：The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were determined on the basis of chemical and spectral data. Results：Seven compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol （1）, stigmasterol （2）, 5-hydroxyl-7,4＇- dimethoxy flavone （ 3 ）, kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （4）, β-sitostero-3-O-glucoside （5）, Rutin （6）, Quercetin （7）. Conclusions： All these Compounds except Compound（6） were isolated from Panzeria alaschanica Kupr. for the first time.
