摘 要:针对40.5kV真空断路器分合闸运动特性对操动机构的要求,设计了一种新型的电机操动机构,即直线感应电动机(cylinder linear induction motor,C-LIM)机构。断路器在分、合闸过程中对操动机构的动作和时间特性有较高要求,对断路器C-LIM机构运动特性及动力特性进行了分析,并规划分、合闸运动时的理想速度曲线。针对C-LIM特有的边缘效应,在考虑动态纵向边缘效应的基础上建立了矢量控制数学模型。对C-LIM驱动断路器触头运动控制系统进行仿真及样机的实验验证。结果表明,该直线电机直接驱动断路器的操动轴、驱动器动态性能好,振动较小,满足断路器分合闸运动特性要求,为断路器智能控制奠定了基础。A new type of cylinder linear induction motor (C-LIM) mechanism was designed according to the required characteristics of opening and closing for 40.5 kV vacuum circuit breaker operating mechanism in this paper. The dynamic characteristics of C-LIM mechanism were analyzed as operating requirements of breaker and the ideal speed curve of the moving contact was also planned. C-LIM mathematical model of vector control system was built considering dynamic vertical ending effect. The mechanism control system was simulated, and model machine was tested. The results show that it can get a good dynamic performance, small vibration and perfectly meet the requirements of mechanism characteristics when opening and closing of the breaker. It lay the foundations of circuit breaker intelligence control when the linear motor direct drive circuit breaker.
