摘 要:采用了一种新型的低成本的有机硅对低毒脲醛树脂进行改性,讨论这种新型有机硅的加入方式、加入量对低毒脲醛树脂的改性效果,并对改性机理进行初步探讨。借助FTIR红外光谱,对这种新型有机硅的结构进行了分析。试验结果表明:当有机硅的加入量为树脂总量的5%时,加入方式为树脂合成后期加入,对于提高树脂胶合强度、降低游离甲醛及甲醛释放量均有明显效果。Low toxic urea-formaldehyde resin was modified with one new type of cost-effective silicone, and the effect of modifing method and the quantity of silicone added on the resin as well as mechanism were investigated. Also, the structure of the silicone was analyzed by FTIR. The result showed that when 5 % silicone by weight of total resin was added during the last synthetic period, the modified resin could get higher bonding strength lower free formaldehyde content and formaldehyde emission from the panel bonded with the resin.
