不同刺激量捻转补泻手法对应激性高血压大鼠颈交感神经放电的影响  

Effect of Different Quantity of Acupuncture Stimulation on Cervical Sympathetic Discharge in Rats with Stress-induced Hypertension

摘　　要：目的探讨捻转手法中不同参数与应激性高血压大鼠颈交感神经兴奋性的关系。方法110只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H、I、J、K等11组,每组10只。A组不造模,其他各组均采用电击足底结合噪声刺激法制成应激性高血压模型,除A、B组外其余各组分别采用不同捻转参数(捻转角度、频率和时间)的捻转补泻手法针刺应激性高血压大鼠的"曲池"穴,通过BL-420E生物机能实验系统观察应激性高血压大鼠颈交感神经放电情况,记录治疗前后颈交感神经放电积分幅度与放电频率直方图。结果针刺处理后,F组、J组神经放电积分、直方图均较治疗前增加(P<0.01或P<0.05);K组神经放电积分、直方图较治疗前减少(P<0.01)。结论右转3圈/min和右转2圈/min对颈交感神经有抑制作用,而左转2圈/min对颈交感神经有兴奋作用,证实针刺左转为补、右转为泻的补泻手法客观存在。Objective To explore the relationship between the stimulating quantity of acupuncture and its effect on cervical sympathetic discharge in stress-induced hypertensive rats. Methods Totally 110 male Wistar rats were randomized into A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J and K groups with 10 ones in each. Stress-induced hypertension models were established in all the animals by electric shock to the feet and noisy stimulus except group A. Group A and B were used as control groups, and the others accepted different stimulation quantity of acupuncture in Quchi （LI 11） with different twirling parameters of angle, frequency and time. Cervical sympathetic discharge signals were collected by bioeleetrical device to record the score amplitude and frequency histogram of discharge before and after treatment. Results After acupuncture, in group F and J, the discharge scores and histogram were both increased with a significant difference （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）, while in group K, the discharge scores and histogram were decreased with a significant difference （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The experiment shows that the needle twirled right for 3 circles and 2 circles exerts an inhibiting function and twirled left for 2 circles produces an exciting function on cervical sympathetic nerve, proved the objective existence of left twirling as reinforcing and right twirling being reducing.
