摘  要:目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定大鼠尿中钙元素含量的方法。方法:将大鼠尿样用2%硝酸稀释后,选用合适的内标元素对钙基体干扰进行校正,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法直接测定尿中钙元素的含量。结果:钙的含量测定方法在0.2~8.0μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995,n=6),日内和日间精密度的RSD均小于2.6%,相对误差小于2.3%,回收率为99.1%~101.1%。结论:此方法简单、准确,灵敏度高,精密度及准确度均符合要求,结果令人满意。t Objective : To develop a inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP - MS) method to determine calcium in rat urine. Methods: Urine samples were diluted with 2% HNO3. The interference of calcium matrix was corrected by selecting appropriate internal standardization element. Urine samples were directly determined by ICP - MS. Results: A good linear relationship was obtained between the range of 0.2 - 8.0μg·mL-1( r = 0. 9995, n =6) ;The inter -day and intra -day accuracy were both lower than 2.6% ,and the relative error was lower than 2.3% ;The recovery rate was 99.0% -101.1%. Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid, accurate and reliable and can be applied to the sample with satisfactory results.
