摘 要:目的:建立RP-HPLC法同时测定夏枯草不同部位中熊果酸和齐墩果酸含量。方法:采用SHIMADZUVP-ODS柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-甲醇-水-醋酸铵(69∶16∶15∶1)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长210nm。结果:熊果酸、齐墩果酸进样量分别在0.780~6.240μg及0.756~6.048μg范围内线性关系良好,熊果酸、齐墩果酸平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.2%(RSD=0.69%)和99.1%(RSD=1.2%)。结论:本法简便、准确、灵敏,重复性好,可用于夏枯草不同部位熊果酸和齐墩果酸的含量测定。Objective: To establish an RP - HPLC method for the determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in different parts of Prunella vulgaris L.. Methods: The determination was carried out with SHIMADZU VP - ODS column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), using acetonitrile - methanol - water - ammonium acetate (69: 16: 15:1 ) so- lution as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL · min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Results: The linear ranges of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were 0. 780 - 6. 240 μg and 0. 756 - 6. 048 p.g, respectively. The average recoveries ( n = 6) of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were 99.2 % with RSD 0.69 % and 99. 1% with RSD 1.2 % , respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for determining ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in different parts of Prunella vulgaris L..
