摘　　要：本文根据1991—2007年我国资本市场融资与产业结构发展有关数据,运用协整对两者关系进行实证分析,结论认为资本市场融资对产业结构优化具有明显的促进作用,但资本市场内部各子市场融资对产业结构优化的促进作用则不同,最后对结论进行分析并提出相关政策建议。Based on the related data about the capital market financing and the industrial structure from 1991 to 2007, this article utilizes the theory of Co-integration to analyze empirically the relationship between them. We find that capital market financing has a significant function on the industrial structure optimization, But the inner structures of the capital market have different functions on the industrial structure optimization. Finally, this article analyzes the causes of the conclusions and proposes some suggestions.
