摘  要:目的:初步探讨层级管理在病房护理人员中的应用。方法:结合我院实际情况,构建护理层级管理模式,将病房护理人员分层级使用和管理,并通过质量控制考核体系,分析应用效果。结果:层级管理应用后护理质量、患者满意度较前均有提高(P<0.05),护理差错减少、护理人员继续提高学历的主观需求明显上升(P<0.01)。结论:层级管理增强了护士的职业成就感,促进了护理人员的生涯规划,病房护理管理规范化、专职化,对保障医院护理质量不断提高具有积极作用,这种管理模式应在不断完善中深入开展。Objective: To preliminarily explore the application of nursing staff layer management in the ward. Methods: Combing with the actual situation in our hospital, the model of layer management in nursing was set up. Through the system of evaluation in quality control, ward nursing staff were employed and managed by hierarchical level. The effect of the application was analyzed. Results: The quality of care and patients' satisfaction were both improved after the application of layer management (P〈0.05). Nursing errors were reduced and the subjective requirement of improving the educational level was obviously increased (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Layer management might enhance nurse's professional achievement, and promote career planning. Nursing management in the ward with standardization could have a positive effect on continuously improving the quality of the care in hospital. This management model should be carried out with ongoing changes.
