摘　　要：目的:开发适合中国国情及医院发展现状的护理职业风险评估软件。方法:以研制的护理职业风险评估工具为基本内容,采用面向对象程序设计方法,使用Windows作为系统操作平台,通过对GUI图形界面的操作,完成录入、维护、查询、统计分析输出打印共4个模块系统的功能。结果:通过福建省内12所医院2142名临床护士应用,该软件显示了稳定性和实效性。结论:护理职业风险评估软件提高了风险管理的效率,为护理风险评估的信息化管理提供了较理想的数据操作平台。Objective： To explore the Nursing Occupational Risk Assessment software appropriate for China＇s national conditions and the status of hospital care. Methods： The design method was object-oriented programming, with the use of Windows as a system platform and the operation of GUI graphical interface. Finally, four system function modules were printed by entry, maintenance, query, statistical analysis. Results： The software showed the stability and effectiveness by the application of 2142 clinical nurses＇ risk assessment cases from 12 hospitals in Fujian province. Conclusion： The Nursing Occupational Risk Assessment software could improve the efficiency of risk management, and provide a perfect platform for data manipulation for information management in nursing risk assessment.
