多科室共用一个护理组信息系统支持方案

摘　　要：目前,军队医院大都处于快速发展时期,因学科重组、专业发展或经济核算等原因,需要将原来的科室再分成多科室运作。但由于行政编制、护理人员短缺、病人数量尚少或病区场地限制等原因,重组后的多科室需要共用一个护理组对病人进行管理。这就需要解决多科室共用一个护理组的计算机信息系统支持问题,该院较早在这方面进行了多次改革和尝试,现已取得良好效益。Most of military hospitals are in a period of rapid development. Many departments need to divide into several sub-departments because of subject reorganization, professional development, or economic reckoning. But these sub-departments will still use a common nursing division to manage patients because of administrative establishment, shortage of paramedic, little amount of patients, or little area of department. We must achieve using a common nursing division in several departments by computer information system. Our hospital has made many attempts in this field, and has reaped significant benefits.
