预见性护理在感染科陪护管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨感染科病区陪护管理的有效方法。方法:从问卷调查的结果找出感染科陪护管理中存在的主要问题,并制定出相应预见性护理管理的措施,对感染性疾病患者的陪护实施预见性护理管理。结果:实施半年后与实施前相比较,住院患者的满意度显著提高,病房的消毒隔离、安全生产、病房管理的得分提高,投诉及医院感染率明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:预见性的管理将陪护管理模式从被动变为主动,提高了患者及陪护的满意度,减少了医院感染的发生率。Objective： To explore the effective accompany management method in the infectious disease department. Methods： By investigation, the main problems in the accompany management in the infectious disease department were found, and the predictive management methods were made and enforced. Results： After the enforcement of predictive management methods for half a year, the inpatients＇ satisfaction increased, the scores of infection control, safety and ward management increased, and the complains and nosocomial infection rate decreased. Conclusion： By enforcing the predictive management, the accompany management model changed from passive to active, the satisfaction of patients and their companions increased and the nosocomial infection rate decreased.
