摘 要:上海光源储存环采用分散分布的光子吸收器来吸收全部不用的弯铁同步辐射光(SR)并准直引出实验光束。光子吸收器的结构设计需考虑多种因素,如同步辐射的功率分布、吸收面的功率稀释、吸收体的材料、机械结构、冷却效率及引出光口尺寸等。本文详细讨论了承受高功率密度且结构复杂的双片式侧壁光子吸收器的结构设计,对设计的吸收器进行了热与结构的有限元分析,并与设计准则进行比较。文章最后介绍了光子吸收器的加工、在线安装及运行情况。The photon absorbers, separately located in the storage ring of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF), are used to intercept the unused synchrotron radiation (SR) from the bending magnets and align the extracted light. The structure design of the absorber involves many factors, such as the SR power distribution, the power dillution on the absorber surface, the material of the absorber body, the mechanical structure, the effectiveness of the cooling channel, the dimension of the SR extracting slot, etc. In this paper, the sturcture design of the two-piece vertical absorber, which has a high power density and complex structure is discussed in detail. The thermal and structural finite element analysis is carried out for the absorber. The analysis results are compared with the design criteria. The manufacture, the installation and the operation of the absorbers are also introduced in this paper.
