摘　　要：目的:观察新冠心苏合活血方长期毒性,为临床安全用药提供科学依据。方法:以新冠心苏合活血方高、中、低3个剂量对大鼠进行连续灌胃给药15d,观察大鼠生长发育,摄食量,血液细胞学及生化学指标、组织病理学变化。结果:大鼠连续灌服新冠心苏合活血方15d后,体重、摄食量、外表体征、脏器系数、血液学及肝肾功能等生化指标均未发现明显不良反应,病理形态学检查亦未发现明显异常改变。结论:新冠心苏合活血方无明显毒性反应。Objective:To observe the long-term toxicity of New GuanxinSuhe Recipe for Promoting Blood Circulation,providing reference for the safety of clinical drug use. Methods: Fill the rats with the recipe of high,middle and low dosages respectively for 15 days,and inspect their growing development,the ingestion,blood cytology,index of biochemistry and histopathology changes. Results: After the administration for 15 days,there was no obviously harmful effect on the weight,ingestion,appearance,organ coefficient,and other biochemical indexes like hematology,hepatic and renal function,and no abnormity in pathology. Conclusion: New GuanxinSuhe Recipe has no acute and chronic toxicity.
