摘　　要：利用EFE和IFE矩阵对山西省地方煤炭运销企业进行SWOT分析,指出山西省地方煤炭运销企业的未来转型之路是基于同心圆的相关多元化发展。In this paper, we analyzed the local coal transportation and marketing enterprises in Shanxi by using EFE and IFE matrix. Also we put forward that the future of local coal transportation and marketing was based on the related diversification of concentric circles.
