摘　　要：详细阐述了基于单片机AT89C51的Ф4×2半导体管自动涂胶机控制系统的设计。该自动涂胶机控制系统采用单片机控制,实现自动涂胶、故障报警、自动计数、振动料斗频率的数字化控制等功能,保证各动作的协调一致性,正确完成半导体管点胶。Semiconductor discharge tube is a kind of over-voltage protection element which is widely used in computers, communications, rail transport and other industries. In this paper, the author elaborated the control system design of Ф4×2 semiconductor automatic coating machine used for AT89C51 single-chip microcomputer. The control system of automatic coating machine with single-chip microcomputer control could achieve functions such as automatic coating, fault alarm, automatic counting, digital control of vibratory hopper feeder, ensure coherence of all actions and correctly complete the tube coating of semiconductor.
