论尤努斯小额贷款思想在PPT旅游开发战略中的应用——南京市农业旅游开发富农新思路

摘　　要：当前,PPT旅游开发战略在实践中仍存着很多问题:把旅游扶贫简单地等同于一般旅游开发,脱离了扶贫目标;农业旅游开发带来的农民就业机会缺乏保障;区域旅游发展过程中,贫困人口之间存在着受益不均现象。影响农民从旅游开发中获取经济利益的因素主要是资金短缺和自身素质问题。因此,从启动资金的角度解决农业旅游地农民增收是十分必要的。发展南京市农业旅游,解决农业旅游开发中农民的金融需求问题,应借鉴尤努斯小额贷款思想及其操作方式,尽快建立适合南京市农业旅游发展要求的农村小额信贷体系,帮助更多的农民从当地旅游开发中获益。Nowadays, there are many problems in PPT tourism development strategy in practice, i.e. considering poverty alleviation by tourism as common tourism development, which strays away the aim to alleviate poverty, lack of guarantee on employment opportunity brought by agricultural tourism for farmers, and uneven benefited phenomenon among poor population in regional tourism development. The main reasons influenced farmers benefited from tourism development are shortage in capital and personal quality. From the perspecfive of capital, therefore, it is necessary to help local farmers enrich. In developing Nanjing agricultural tourism to solve farmers＇ financial need, we should refer to the thought of Yunus＇ small credit and its operational method, build rural small credit system fit for Nanjing agriettitural tourism development, and help more farmers benefit from local tourism development.
