摘　　要：结合多层砌体房屋的震害经验,从多层砌体房屋结构设计时纵横墙的布置、防震缝的设置等方面出发,就进行多层砌体房屋抗震设计时结构体系应考虑的几方面作了探讨,以达到提高砌体房屋抗震能力的目的。By combining with the earthquake disaster experience of the multi-story masonry houses,the paper from the layout of the longitudinal cross wall and the design of seismic joints,explores some aspects in the structural system for the seismic design of the multi-story masonry houses,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the seismic capacity of the masonry houses.
