摘　　要：通过分析瓶装自动包装线中装、卸箱机的生产过程,进行技术改造提高生产效率,降低了故障率及能耗。This paper analyses application process of the Crater and Decrater in an automation bottle packaging line. The intelligent optimization of the control system is also discussed. The efficiency, downtime and power consumption of the line are improved.
